Tayrona Developments has initiated a limited Partnership fund under the laws of Alberta, Canada.

 

  This limited partnership’s goal is to fund the purchase of properties in Colombia, South America with our focus on an undeveloped area along the Caribbean coast near Santa Marta, Colombia.

  

   We feel that the area in and around Santa Marta has huge tourist potential and is currently underdeveloped. We have searched out and pre-qualified numerous properties along the coast that will fit our portfolio.

 

   Turnaround time on your investment is 2 to 3 years, upgrades to the properties will enhance the sale price.
