Hotel on the beach of downtown, San Andres Island, Colombia.

The Hotel contains 175 completed rooms and 15 more uncompleted on the top floor. The top 2 floors are all new construction.

The original structure was built in 1982 and was remodelled in 2005.

Nothing separates the hotel from the beautiful warm water of the Caribbean except the newly constructed walk that runs the total length of the mile long beach.

The Spratt Bight beach is protected by an outer reef that ensures calm, warm water along the entire length of the East side of the Island.

The original owner finds himself in some difficulties and the people in charge are not in the business of running hotels and are open to part cash and part financing arrangement.

There are several daily flights from the mainland (Bogota, Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla and Cartagena) on 2 airlines as well as from Panama City.

During the winter months Air Canada fly charters twice per week from Toronto and Montreal to San Andres.

Other charters originate in various European cities during the winter months.

Many Europeans and others frequent San Andres due to the numerous fantastic dive sites in the protected waters of the Seaflower UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
